Little Ladies

Nutrition and exercise class for 10 - 14 year old young ladies.

 

Monday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

£3 per class

 

In Little Ladies sessions we teach a class of no more than 10 young ladies in each class aged between 10 and 14 years old about nutrition and exercise and which food is good and bad for you.

 

We bust the myths around diets and eating fads.

 

We teach the young ladies how to incorporate exercise into everyday life.

 

Each session will start with 30 minutes of floor exercises which the young ladies can then do at home; followed by 30 minutes nutritional advice discussing general and everyday food, which fats and sugars are good and bad, and what our bodies are made of so why we need some food types.
